2. The basic functions of the software:

1. Set the test voltage;

2. Set the starting temperature point of the recorded data

3. Set the constant temperature;

4. Set the theoretical resistivity;

5. Set the test duration;

6. Set the constant temperature duration;

7. Set the loading current, with 5 groups of preset current quick selection, and the current has the function of increasing or decreasing fine-tuning;

8. At the end of the test, start the fan rapid cooling function;

9. The test current is calculated by step climb and slope climb PID to ensure that the current is more gentle and the temperature rises gently;

10. The test parameters include: initial room temperature resistance R1, constant temperature resistance R2, constant temperature resistance Rmax and constant temperature resistance Rmin, constant temperature end resistance R3, resistance R4 after cooling, and calculate the percentage values of R2/R1, R3/R1, R4/R1 and Rmax/Rmin;

11. Display temperature, measured resistance, theoretical resistance, test voltage, test current curve;

3. Operation Steps:

1. Install test samples;

2. Turn on the computer and open the software;

3. Import product size drawing;

4. Set the X,Y,Z axis movement speed and the maximum distance of the movement;

5. Set the test delay time (e.g. 65 seconds) for each sample;

6. Set the cooldown time (e.g. 30 seconds);

7. Set test voltage, current parameters, time and other parameters;

8. Click Start to start the test;

9. At the end of the test, the report will be automatically saved, the cached data will be cleared, and it will be over.
